|
Registration must be handled at
least two (2) days in advance of the presentation date so sign-on
information can be distributed in a timely fashion. It is important that
e-mail addresses are typed accurately so the information can be
delivered. |
|
|
|
When the sign-on
information is sent to the participant, it will include the URL to
download Webinar, as well as the phone number to be called at the time
of the presentation. All participants will be able to both see and hear
the material being presented. The phone is the only means to hear the
presenter. If headphones or speaker phone are available, it will be a
much more pleasant session since participants will not need to hold a
phone to their ears for a lengthy period of time. |
|
|
|
The
session can be placed on a speaker phone so others can participate,
however, if any participate requires professional development credit,
they must register separately.
